طبيعة الخدمة
- التطبيق هو أداة مساعدة تسهيلية تتيح للمستخدمين فتح دردشة واتساب مباشرة بإنشاء روابط wa.me للرقم المدخل، وهو ليس تطبيق مراسلة مستقل بذاته.
- التطبيق مجاني بالكامل، ولا يعرض أي إعلانات ولا يتطلب أي اشتراكات أو مدفوعات داخل التطبيق.
- لا يضمن التطبيق توافر الرقم المدخل على تطبيق واتساب ولا دقة الأرقام التي يدخلها المستخدم.
الحسابات والتسجيل
لا يتطلب استخدام تطبيق كويك شات إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول أو تقديم أي بيانات اعتماد أو بريد إلكتروني. تظل جميع البيانات وتفضيلات المستخدم محفوظة على هاتفك الشخصي فقط.
مسؤوليات المستخدم
- يتحمل المستخدم وحده كامل المسؤولية عن صحة الأرقام التي يقوم بإدخالها والرسائل التي يقوم بإرسالها عبر تطبيق واتساب.
- تلتزم باستخدام التطبيق بشكل قانوني ووفقاً لسياسات استخدام تطبيق واتساب (WhatsApp) الرسمي.
الاستخدام المحظور
- استخدام التطبيق لإرسال رسائل مزعجة (Spam) أو إعلانات غير مرغوب فيها لأشخاص دون رضاهم.
- محاولة هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو التلاعب بأكواد البرمجيات أو إتلاف الملفات المحلية.
- استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض تخالف القوانين المحلية أو الدولية المعمول بها.
إخلاء المسؤولية والتبعية
يتم تقديم تطبيق كويك شات "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية. لا يتحمل المطور أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو أي فقدان للبيانات ينتج عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
توضيح التبعية: كويك شات هو تطبيق مستقل تماماً ومطور بشكل مستقل. لا توجد أي علاقة تبعية، أو شراكة، أو رعاية رسمية تجمع بين كويك شات وشركة WhatsApp LLC أو شركة Meta Platforms, Inc. أو أي من الشركات التابعة لها.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بالتطبيق (بما في ذلك الأكواد البرمجية والتصميمات والشعارات الحصرية للتطبيق) هي ملك للمطور صالح باقمري، ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن مسبق.
التعديل والإنهاء
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث شروط الاستخدام هذه في أي وقت. يعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التحديثات بمثابة موافقة منك على الشروط المعدلة.
القانون المطبق وحل النزاعات
تخضع شروط الاستخدام هذه وتفسر وفقاً للقوانين السارية في الجمهورية اليمنية. وفي حال نشوء أي نزاع، فإنه يُحل ودياً؛ وفي حال تعذر ذلك، تختص المحاكم في محافظة حضرموت بالنظر فيه.

Nature of Service
- The app is a **utility helper tool** that allows users to start a WhatsApp chat directly by generating official wa.me links for the entered phone number. It is not an independent messaging application.
- The app is entirely free, displays no advertisements, and does not require any subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- We do not guarantee the availability of the entered phone number on WhatsApp nor the accuracy of the number provided.
Accounts & Registration
Using the QuickChat application does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any credentials or email addresses. All user configurations and local data remain exclusively on your device.
User Responsibilities
- You assume sole responsibility for the validity of the phone numbers you enter and the messages you send using the WhatsApp application.
- You agree to use this application lawfully and in accordance with the official WhatsApp Terms of Service.
Prohibited Use
- Using the app to distribute spam, mass messages, or unsolicited advertisements without recipients' consent.
- Attempting to reverse engineer the application, modify its source code, or tamper with its local files.
- Using the application for any purpose that violates local or international laws.

QuickChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, or any loss of data resulting from the use of the app.

Intellectual Property

Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the application after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent courts in Hadhramout, Yemen shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
