المقدمة وحالة الحسابات
بما أن تطبيق كويك شات (QuickChat) يعتمد بالكامل على نظام الخصوصية أولاً وتخزين البيانات محلياً على جهازك، فإنه لا يتوفر لديه أي خوادم خارجية ولا يتطلب تسجيل حسابات أو مستخدمين.
لذلك، فإنه لا يوجد أي حساب أو بيانات خاصة بك مخزنة على خوادمنا السحابية لنقوم بحذفها. تقع السيطرة الكاملة على البيانات المسجلة محلياً في يدك كلياً.
كيفية حذف بياناتك الشخصية بالكامل
يمكنك في أي وقت حذف السجل وقوالب الرسائل والإعدادات الخاصة بك من هاتفك عبر إحدى الطرق التالية:
الطريقة 1 — من داخل التطبيق
- لحذف السجل الأخير: افتح التطبيق، واذهب إلى قسم السجل، وانقر على أيقونة سلة المهملات لمسح السجل بأكمله أو لحذف أرقام محددة.
- لحذف القوالب: اذهب لقسم قوالب الرسائل، واسحب القالب الذي ترغب بحذفه أو اضغط على زر الحذف الخاص به.
الطريقة 2 — عبر إعدادات نظام تشغيل الجوال
- اذهب إلى تطبيق الإعدادات (Settings) في هاتفك.
- اختر التطبيقات (Apps) أو إدارة التطبيقات.
- ابحث عن تطبيق QuickChat واضغط عليه.
- اختر مكان التخزين (Storage).
- اضغط على مسح البيانات (Clear Data / Clear Storage).
- بمجرد النقر، سيتم تدمير كافة السجلات والقوالب والإعدادات المحلية بشكل فوري ونهائي من هاتفك.
الطريقة 3 — إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق
- اضغط مطولاً على أيقونة تطبيق كويك شات على شاشتك الرئيسية، ثم اختر إلغاء التثبيت (Uninstall).
- سيقوم نظام التشغيل تلقائياً بمسح كافة الملفات وقواعد البيانات المحلية (Hive) المرتبطة بالتطبيق نهائياً.
أنواع البيانات التي تُحذف نهائياً
عند حذف البيانات بالطرق المذكورة بالأعلى، سيتم مسح المعطيات التالية نهائياً:
- سجل الأرقام والتوقيتات التي تمت مراسلتها (Recent chats history).
- جميع القوالب النصية المخصصة التي قمت بإنشائها.
- تفضيلات التطبيق الخاصة بك (رمز الدولة الافتراضي والمظهر الداكن أو الفاتح).

Introduction & Account Status
Because the QuickChat application operates on a strict Privacy-First policy and stores all configurations locally on your device, it does not use external servers and does not require account registration.
Consequently, there are no user accounts or personal details stored on remote servers for us to delete. You hold absolute control over all data cached on your device.
How to Permanently Delete Your Data
You can purge your recent history, custom templates, and settings from your device at any time using one of these methods:
Method 1 — Inside the App
- To clear recent chats: Open the app, navigate to the History section, and tap the trash can icon to wipe all logs or delete specific entries.
- To clear templates: Go to the Templates tab, swipe to delete, or tap the delete button on any template.
Method 2 — Via Mobile System Settings
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Go to Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and select QuickChat.
- Tap on Storage.
- Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage.
- All local logs, templates, and options will be immediately and permanently destroyed.
Method 3 — Uninstalling the App
- Tap and hold the QuickChat icon on your device's home screen or app drawer, then select Uninstall.
- The operating system will automatically wipe all local files and databases (Hive) associated with the app.
Data Types Deleted
Performing any of the steps above will permanently erase the following locally stored data points:
- Your history log of recently messaged phone numbers and timestamps.
- All custom message templates you created.
- App options (default country code, and theme configuration).
